About Avella Design

Practical website help from someone who speaks normal business-owner language.

Avella Design was created for small business owners who know their website needs work, but do not want to be buried in confusing marketing advice, agency jargon or huge rebuild costs.

A website does not always need to be completely rebuilt to feel better. Sometimes it needs clearer wording, a stronger first impression, better structure, cleaner sections and more obvious ways for people to enquire.

That is where I help.

I review websites from a customer’s point of view and look at the things that quietly affect trust, clarity and enquiries. Then I explain what could be improved in plain English, with practical next steps.

Run by Sophia, Avella Design works with local businesses that want their website to feel clearer, more modern and more trustworthy.

Why I started Avella Design

I know most business owners are not trying to look flashy. They just want their website to feel right.

I have worked around small business websites, admin, content and marketing long enough to know that a lot of business owners are not trying to look flashy. They just want their website to feel professional, clear and up to date.

The problem is that it can be hard to know what is actually wrong. Is it the design? The wording? The layout? The mobile version? The contact buttons? Or just the overall first impression?

Avella Design exists to make that clearer.
